Most likely you will see the pistons slowly retract back into the caliper over time — say 30 seconds or so. You are done. Removed caliper, piston didn't seem terrible but have sprayed and removed rust spots inside the rubber boot without turning in the barrel didn't want to break seal at the back.

Something similar happened to me last month when I had my MOT test, my rear calliper was seized open and wouldn't spring closed when the handbrake was released. Sometimes you can find brake caliper rebuild kits, but most of the time the only way to fix this type of problem is to replace the brake caliper assembly.
I hope you find it useful. The one that is sticking is the rear passengers.
