I will definitely be making my rice like this every time! But I'm wondering if maybe you're using a type of rice that absorbs more water than the types I've used so far. Oh man, this is timely! Lovely photos BTW. This really works, just finshed eating it now. If it has a slight crunch to it they think its not done. Definitely needs to be covered with less water.
